Regarding Fan Characters

Fan characters will be accepted if:
They are made by you, no copying someone else.
They have made at least one original attack.
They CANNOT be full-on clones. No exceptions. Semi-Clones yes.
They cannot have insta-kill moves, this applies to all expansions.
